Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check its status from your Nuance account.
If no one is available at the time of delivery, the courier may leave a note or attempt a new delivery. If the order is returned due to failed delivery attempts, the amount will be refunded, minus shipping costs. If your order arrives damaged or you have not received it, please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will contact the courier company to handle your case as quickly as possible.
