Exchange and Return Policy

We hope your experience with us has been as exceptional as our garments. If for any reason your purchase does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from delivery to return it. To process the return, please use the same carrier and instructions included in your order. If you wish to make an exchange, please see the detailed information below.

Returns with DHL or UPS

Step 1

Use the attached returns and exchanges form and indicate which item(s) you wish to return and the reason, or the size you wish to exchange.

Please place the items you wish to return in the original packaging.

Return policy
  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered: unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.
  • It is important to include all boxes, protective covers, and other items that accompanied the product at the time of purchase.
  • Each order comes with a single prepaid return label, so items must be shipped using the original packaging.
  • Returns must be handled exclusively through the same logistics operator that made the delivery (DHL or UPS). Returns are only accepted from the original destination country of the order. For example, if the shipment was to Germany, the return must be made from that same country. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the shipping and import costs.
  • Returns of personalized products are not accepted.
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. Alternatively, you can request store credit for the corresponding amount, valid for future purchases at Nuance.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded in the event of a return.
  • Likewise, processing and insurance costs will not be refunded.
  • If you received your order in multiple packages, each must be returned in its original packaging, using a separate label for each package.
  • The right to exchange applies only to products that are in perfect condition: unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original labels intact.
  • It is essential to include all items that accompanied the product, such as boxes and protective covers, in the shipment.
  • Exchanges are only permitted for the same item in a different size. It is not possible to request an exchange for a different color or a different product.
  • Returns must be made in a single shipment. We reserve the right to refuse returns made in separate shipments.
  • Exchanges must be processed through the same logistics operator that made the delivery (DHL or UPS).
  • Exchanges are only accepted from the same country to which the original order was shipped. For example, if the order was shipped to Germany, the exchange must be made only from Germany. Otherwise, shipping charges and import fees will apply.
  • Personalized items are not eligible for exchange.
